How to use Chat GPT to write great job adverts...

1. Actually learn about what a great job advert looks like. Why is it great?

2. Learn how to write great job adverts and learn how find your own writing style.

3. When you have written 3 or 4 really great job adverts, upload them to Chat GTP and ask them to learn your writing style and name it "Lee"

4. Upload your JD, some USPs, who your intended target audience is and ask Chat GTP to write you a job advert in the style of "Lee".

5. If you've done it correctly, the output should be about 95% of what you need and you only need to make some minor tweaks.

Yep it can be done, but it takes a hell of a lot of upfront effort and learning to get the benefit in the long term. There are no shortcuts on this one.

Never just ask ChatGPT to write you an advert, you'll get generic garbage.

You need to teach it so it understands what a great advert looks like, but in order to become the teacher you need to master it yourself first.
